737 crash-lands in Jamaica

December 22: An American Airlines Boeing 737-800 ran off the runway at Kingston-Norman Manley International Airport in Jamaica while attempting to land during a rainstorm, reports the Aviation Safety Network.

In the incident the aircraft came to rest on a beach with the main landing gear collapsed, the right engine torn off and severe cracking to the fuselage. The Jamaica Observer reports that 40 passengers from the 148 on board were injured and taken to the Kingston Public Hospital, although none are thought to be in a serious condition.

The aircraft is believed to have been Boeing 737-823 N977A, built in 2001.

I been with flight Sim since day one. Long enough to see thousands come and go. From old to young. I pride my self in helping those who don't know  because I feel one day a simple thank you will make it worth while.  It's actually easier to just fly then it is to host. The geat fall.

Well, since everybody wants to know what happened to we-fly. Here it is.
I never wanted to end it but i had to. You can't run a session between 2 host. There will be conflict. When you have two host fighting about what kind of session to run, it kind off takes off a little of the fun factor. i decided to go solo because i believe that it's not about what the host wants but what the guest want. seemed like i Supported my co-host sessions but mine were overlooked. I started That session. he gave a it a unregistered name witch eventually was gonna end anyway. Let's get one thing clear, It's nothing personal. I got lot's of complaint's about the way that he conducted his sessions and i didn't wanna be part of that. 809PLANET Is now gonna show proper respect to it's guests and a more controlled and easy going session. Chassing the big storm.

Today we spent the day looking for the big snow storm of the west. We got snow in Colorado and part of salt lake city. We saw Mr. locklear Perform a perfect ILS approach under 0 visibility and treaturous conditions. I gotta say, looks like 809planet is here to stay. It's nice to see these guys at there best. Gives me the honor to be part of it all. Hope you guys are enjoying this as much as I am.

Wings on a stall.

It was either speed up and pitch down or pitch up and fall on a stall. One called it the fall of a dynasty. We-fly, lol.. ironic but true. A stamp on Adrenalin driven va pilots World Wide. With the need for more They flew like flock on a mission to live and fly where ever they wanted, no boundaries. some call it an addiction. I call it passion, Passion to soar like angels of perfection. what's better? The landing or the the take off?
For me it's the moment right before touchdown, that very second. Just a though.
